Connect your systems without splitting your operations.
An API integration should make shipping part of your order flow while keeping operations informed. If a developer books a shipment from your own system, the dispatch, support and finance teams still need to find it and work with it.
Wayuvega’s API and merchant panel use the same shipping workflow. Integrate the operations your software needs, then use the panel for shipment visibility, NDR follow-up, COD and reports.
How it works
Create your account
Sign up for a Wayuvega merchant account and complete the required business onboarding.
Share your workflow
Contact the team with your order source, technology stack and the shipping operations you want to integrate.
Receive the references
The team enables access for your account and shares API references and the relevant SDK guidance.
Connect and verify
Build the integration, verify the expected operations with the team and confirm that your shipments appear correctly in the panel.
Bring shipping into the systems you already use.
The shipping API covers the core operations needed to connect an order-management system or custom storefront to Wayuvega. Available courier options reflect the route, package and merchant account.
- Create and cancel shipments
- Check serviceability and courier options
- Fetch tracking and shipment documents
- Receive order-status webhooks
- Review the resulting shipments in the merchant panel
Let status changes flow back to your system.
Order-status webhooks let your integration receive shipment updates as they happen. Events can include shipment identifiers, tracking status, descriptions, current location, event time and available delivery-exception context.
SDKs for Node.js, Python and Java or Kotlin are shared with API access. Discuss your stack and integration needs with the team so you receive the appropriate references and onboarding guidance.
API access is enabled per merchant. Public product information is available here; account-specific credentials, endpoint references and setup instructions are shared during integration onboarding.
Questions about Shipping API
How do I get the Wayuvega API references?
Sign up for a merchant account and contact the Wayuvega team. After reviewing your integration needs, the team enables access and shares the references.
Will API-created shipments appear in my panel?
Yes. The API uses the same shipping workflow, so your operations team can see the shipments in the merchant panel and continue handling delivery follow-up, COD and reporting there.
Can I receive tracking updates through webhooks?
Yes. Order-status webhooks are available. Ask the integration team for the event reference, setup instructions and the details relevant to your workflow.
Do I need to integrate each courier separately?
Your software connects to Wayuvega’s shipping API. Courier options are returned according to your merchant account, the route and the package; you do not need a separate booking integration for each available courier.
