Encrypted at rest and in transit
AES-256 on stored data. TLS 1.3 on every connection to the panel and the API.
ISO 27001 ready
Access, change and incident handling follow ISO 27001 controls. We claim the standard when an audit says so, not before.
RBI and GST compliant
COD remittance follows RBI rules. GSTIN and tax invoices follow GST rules.
Role-based access, with an audit trail
Each teammate gets read or write on the screens they need. Actions are recorded against the person who took them. Access ends when you say.
Hosted in India
Your data is stored and processed in India.
Your data ships your orders
Shipment details go to the courier delivering it and to the channels you switch on. We do not sell your data.
What we collect
Business and contact details to run your merchant account; recipient names, addresses and phone numbers to ship orders; and usage data that helps us keep the panel working. The Privacy Policy describes this in detail.
Who sees it
The courier delivering a shipment receives the details needed to deliver it. Messaging channels you enable receive what is needed to send the update. Wayuvega staff access merchant data only to support your account, for example when a delivery exception needs a call.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security issue in Wayuvega, write to support@wayuvega.com with the details. We acknowledge reports and keep you informed while we investigate.
Certifications are stated on this page as they are obtained. Our practices are aligned with ISO 27001 controls today.
